Russian Federation

Glavexpertcentr – the Main State Center for Education Evaluation serves as the Russian Federation’s state authority for the recognition of foreign educational certificates since 2011.

Glavexpertcentr signed the Groningen Declaration on 6 May 2015.

South Africa

Established in 1995, signed the Groningen Declaration on April 16th, 2012.

Spain

Established in 1996, signed the Groningen Declaration on April 9th, 2014.

The University of Málaga started to operate as a university on 18 August 1972 and in the 43 years since then established a reputation for innovation, dynamism and internationalization. In May 2015, the university’s Rectorado served as the venue for the Fourth Annual Groningen Declaration meeting.

The University of Málaga signed the Groningen Declaration on 6 May 2015.

Sweden

Established in 1991, signed the Groningen Declaration on March 28th, 2014.

Swedish Council for Higher Education (UHR) Established in 2013, signed the Groningen Declaration in 2016.

UHR main tasks are:

  • Coordinating admissions to higher education

  • Producing the Swedish Scholastic Aptitude Test

United Kingdom

Project DARE will deliver a system for the secure on-line delivery of degree certificates, transcripts, Higher Education Achievement Reports and other student data and documents via Digitary as a Shared Service.

INTCAS: Established in 2011. Signed the Groningen Declaration as “FundsV” in 2016; INTCAS then acquired FundsV.
